Courtfolk — terms

Courtfolk is run by Suranjan Bairagi, 1335 Central Avenue, 4th Floor, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan S6V 4W1, Canada. Email nights@courtfolk.app.

A paid season means we host a private web page for your club night: that week’s results, the people, and the season as it builds. You keep running the night you already run. We do not help during play, we are not a ranking body, and we do not replace UTR, DUPR, or club software.

Player names and scores are the club’s data. We use them only to run your pages. We do not sell them, do not submit them to public search indexes, and do not use them to train public models. We do not collect health information. Do not send dates of birth, medical notes, addresses, or phone numbers. For anyone under 18, send only the name and scores that already appear on your sheet.

Email us to take a page down. We delete that night’s files within 10 days. Time already elapsed is not refunded.

You send the sheet; we publish what you sent. Wrong name: tell us, we correct the next business day. If we cannot match names from your sheet, you pay nothing.

Fees are USD, per programme per season, paid in advance by card via Stripe. We do not keep your card number. No refund after the first live week if we published the names you sent.

Do not scrape other clubs through our pages, do not present a Courtfolk page as an official ranking, and do not upload another group’s sheet without that group’s OK.

Pages are as-is. Our liability is the fee paid for the current season. Saskatchewan law. Paying the link or emailing “agreed” accepts this.
